Thank you for choosing Galilee Image for your photography needs. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below:

1. Services:

– Galilee Image agrees to provide the client with the agreed-upon photography services as outlined in the signed contract or agreement.

2. Booking and Payments:

– A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due on or before the day of the scheduled photography session/event unless otherwise specified in the contract.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

– Cancellation by the client less than 14 days before the scheduled session/event may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated at least 28 days in advance.

4. Copyright and Usage:

– Galilee Image retains the copyright to all images captured during the session/event. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal or promotional purposes. Commercial use requires prior written consent.

5. Image Delivery:

– Final edited images will be delivered to the client within 4 weeks from the date of the session/event, unless otherwise specified. Galilee Image is not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Client Cooperation:

– The client agrees to cooperate with Galilee Image to achieve the best possible results. This includes following any guidelines or directions provided by the photographer.

7. Image Retention:

– Galilee Image retains the right to archive images for a minimum of 4 months. After this period, Galilee Image is not obligated to store or provide copies of the images.

8. Liability:

– Galilee Image is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the photography session/event. The client is responsible for the safety and behavior of all individuals participating in the session/event.

9. Force Majeure:

– Galilee Image shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to acts beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or government intervention.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Galilee Image reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed, and any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

7. Photography and Recording:

– Photography and recording during the workshop may be restricted. Participants must obtain permission from Galilee Image and fellow attendees before capturing any images or recordings.

8. Health and Safety:

– Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the workshop. Galilee Image is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the workshop.

9. Communication:

– Galilee Image will communicate important information, updates, and post-workshop materials through the contact information provided by participants during registration. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure accurate and up-to-date contact details.
